1 Check the USB Connection

4 Force Restart Your iPhone

To force restart your Apple device, Press and hold both Sleep/Wake and Volume Down (-) buttons for 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo appears or the Sleep/Wake button and Home button (for iPhone 6 and lower).


5 Put iPhone into DFU Mode and Restore

Putting your device Default Firmware Update mode can help. To start, launch iTunes and plug in your device > turn the device off > Press and hold the On/Off button then the Volume down button for 10 seconds. Your screen will go black, showing you are now in DFU mode.
