Help prevent attacks on your website

Here are some ways to help prevent attacks on your website:

1. Use strong passwords - Require strong passwords for all admin accounts and any accounts that have access to sensitive data. Use complex passwords with a mix of letters, numbers and symbols.

2. Enforce HTTPS - Enable HTTPS on your entire site and redirect all HTTP traffic to HTTPS. This encrypts traffic between users' browsers and your website, protecting data from sniffing attacks.Android 12

3. Apply security patches promptly - Apply security patches from your software vendors (e.g.WordPress, PHP, hosting provider) as soon as they are released. This helps fix known vulnerabilities.

4. Limit login attempts - Set limits on the number of login attempts for admin accounts and lock out users after a certain number of failed attempts. This prevents brute force attacks.

5. Enable two-factor authentication - Require a second form of authentication like a one-time password via email/text or an authenticator app for admin logins. This adds an extra layer of security.

6. Use strong firewall rules - Configure your firewall to only allow necessary inbound/outbound connections. Restrict access to admin interfaces and sensitive pages.

7. Scan for vulnerabilities - Run regular security scans of your site using tools like Acunetix or Nessus to identify potential vulnerabilities that attackers could exploit.Chuwi hipad max

8. Monitor traffic - Monitor your website's traffic and server logs for any suspicious activity. Look for signs of brute force attacks, SQL injection attempts, etc.

9. Restrict file uploads - Only allow file uploads to designated folders and verify the file type matches the uploaded extension. This prevents malware uploads.

10. Keep software updated - Make sure you apply security and bug fix updates to your website software (CMS, plugins, libraries, etc) as they are released. Outdated software tends to have known vulnerabilities.Chuwi laptop review

Hope these tips help harden your website's security and protect it from potential attacks! Let me know if you have any other questions.
